I am currently finishing up a logo for a new organization that monitors legislation regarding Native American Artifacts and the people who collect such treasures. This is a matter that is close to my heart as I have collected artifacts for some 20 years and enjoy the hobby very much. I enjoy discussing the relics, possible uses, etc. and the part I enjoy most of all is the camaraderie of fellow collectors. Anyway enough about that, here is the new logo, any and all comments are welcome!

Or as some of the old school designers like to call "logo types" can be some of the most challenging of projects. These are the projects, where I wish I could have mastered the "Vulcan Mind Meld" because the clients always have some vision of what they want, but have an extremely hard time explaining it! We want a drawing that expresses what we do is usually what is said, sounds easy.

I have always liked to look at the "Junk Mail" that showed up in our mailbox, so that is probably one of the wacky reasons why I became a designer, (well that and the fact that I doodled more than actually taking notes!) So I have added an image to this, to show that all Direct Mail is not boring! Comments welcomed and appreciated.
